Has complete plumbing ( sinks, fresh and gray tanks, pump, and hot water tank). Complete electrical thru out( 100 amp service box. 22 receps inside so you can add lots of equipment if you choose. 2 light switches....one for inside lights one for outside lights). Equipped with a 4 compartment steam table, warmer cabinet, large smoker with firebox which also doubles as a griddle, Plenty of counter space and shelving, 8x8 screened in porch for the smoker area, CD stereo sound system, chest freezer, and refrigerator.
